With more than 30 years of experience as a residential and commercial electrical construction contractor, Epp Walls brings a level of knowledge to real estate that few agents can offer. As an owner and REALTOR® with Kentucky Lifestyle Real Estate & Auction Services, Epp combines hands-on construction expertise with a deep understanding of property value, functionality, and long-term investment potential. For buyers, Epp’s background provides confidence and clarity. He understands homes and commercial properties from the inside out—electrical systems, overall construction quality, renovation potential, and maintenance considerations—helping clients make informed decisions and avoid costly surprises.

For sellers, Epp’s experience helps maximize value. He offers practical guidance on cost-effective improvements, identifies repairs that matter most to buyers, and helps prepare properties for smoother inspections and stronger offers.

Epp is also an Apprentice Auctioneer  and a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, allowing him to offer both traditional real estate listings and strategic auction-based marketing. He is a licensed FAA-certified drone pilot, providing professional aerial photography and video that highlight land, homes, and commercial properties from a powerful perspective.

In addition, Epp is a professional photographer and a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, ensuring every property is presented with high-quality imagery that captures attention and drives interest. Beyond real estate, Epp is an award-winning Christian Country singer and songwriter, bringing creativity, storytelling, and strong personal values into everything he does.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Epp enjoys fishing Lake Cumberland  and the Cumberland River  and has a deep appreciation for Kentucky’s land, water, and rural lifestyle.
