Phases of the Program

Phase One: Online Auction with Reserve Price


Your property is first offered through a timed online auction with a seller-approved reserve price. This guarantees your property will not sell below the price you are willing to accept. The auction format creates urgency, competitive bidding, and strong buyer engagement from day one.


Phase Two: Traditional Listing


If the property does not meet the reserve price within the allotted auction period, it automatically transitions into a traditional MLS listing at a pre-determined price. There is no loss of momentum, and the exposure from the auction often carries into the listing phase.
