At Kentucky Lifestyle Real Estate & Auction Services, leadership and experience matter. Owners Epp and Kathleen Walls bring a proven track record in real estate built on years of hands-on industry knowledge, client advocacy, and local market expertise.


Before founding Kentucky Lifestyle Real Estate & Auction Services as an independently owned boutique brokerage, Epp and Kathleen successfully owned and operated a real estate franchise office under a major national brand for eight years. That experience provided valuable insight into systems, marketing, compliance, and large-scale operations—skills they continue to use today. However, over time, they recognized that true excellence in real estate often comes from flexibility, personalization, and local focus.


That realization led them to make a bold move: transitioning from a franchise model to a boutique, independently owned real estate and auction company.

Outside of the office, Epp and Kathleen are both lifelong horse owners and have had a horse farm here in Kentucky since 2000. They live 1 mile from Lake Cumberland  and enjoy spending time fishing on the lake, on their pontoon boat that they keep at Conley Bottom Marina.
